An Event Management Platform Built From The Event Organizer’s Perspective

User Experience Singapore (UXSG) is a community founded in 2012 by Raven Chai that runs bi-monthly meetups and annual UX conferences drawing 250+ professionals. For their first conferences they struggled with a popular ticketing app that proved inflexible—oversimplified registration forms, limited payment and GST support, cheque and international payment issues, and time-consuming financial reconciliation.

UXSG moved to GEVME, an organizer-focused event management platform offering customizable drag-and-drop forms, conditional logic, multiple online and offline payment gateways (GST, credit cards, PayPal, cheque, bank transfer) and advanced reporting plus hands-on support. Since 2014 UXSG has used GEVME for all events, cutting manual work, simplifying finance and registration, improving attendee experience, and forming a strategic partnership with the GEVME team.
