The company was struggling with inconsistent messaging, missed updates, mis-prioritized tasks, and too much time spent searching for documents, SOPs, and other daily resources. HearUSA turned to Zipline to create a more streamlined, reliable employee communications process.
Zipline implemented a centralized, mobile-accessible platform for messages, tasks, training, documents, and execution tracking, with personalized dashboards and AI-powered support to help employees find the right information quickly. HearUSA also expanded Zipline into onboarding and on-the-job learning, and connected it to BI tools for operational reporting. As a result, employees reported less email clutter, easier task management, faster access to information, and time saved—about 45 minutes per week previously spent searching for communications and resources.
