California Health System, a health system in Southern California, sought to improve the management of its high emergency department (ED) volume and enhance the patient experience. GetWellNetwork provided a mobile-first solution to seamlessly engage patients from the waiting room through to discharge. This included personalized intake progression, care team information, and a service to fill prescriptions on-site before discharge. As a result, California Health System saw a 3x increase in patient reach, a 29% increase in text engagement, and a 25% increase in script order volume, which significantly boosted pharmacy revenue.
