TNT Business Solutions, part of the TNT Group, needed a new desktop environment that could support a modern way of working, a green office concept, greater flexibility and scalability, less application dependency, and lower costs. To address these challenges, TNT Business Solutions worked with Getronics and selected Workspace as a Service (WaaS).

Getronics implemented WaaS as a scalable, cloud-based workspace with self-service provisioning, dual-data-centre redundancy, and integrated business applications and Microsoft Office access. The solution gave 13,000 employees secure anytime, anywhere access from any device across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the UK, while enabling near-instant updates and predictable pay-per-use costs.
