Getronics implemented end-to-end management of Ammann’s workstation infrastructure, communications, email, help desk, and network services, with centralized data center hosting and cloud access to Microsoft Office 365. As a result, Ammann gained globally standardized IT outsourcing with a single point of contact, SLA-based contracts, and a flexible pricing model for better cost control.
