Getronics Increase Field Engineer Support for the Uk’s Third Largest Building Society

Coventry Building Society, the UK’s third largest building society, needed to extend field engineer support after merging with Stroud and Swindon, ensuring consistent service across its expanded branch network. Getronics was asked to help support the newly added branches, building on a long-standing relationship that already covered the society’s head offices and existing branches.

Getronics expanded its Field Services and logistics support to include the 22 Stroud and Swindon branches, providing hardware support for PCs, laptops, printers, networks and parts of the server estate. The result was greater confidence that all locations would receive the same high level of service, and Coventry Building Society renewed its contract through the end of 2013, citing Getronics’ expertise and onsite engineers as key factors.
