Portakabin, a leader in modular building solutions, required a unified system to digitize its sales process and leverage customer insights for growth across its European operations. Getronics implemented a flexible, cloud-based CRM system that integrated information across the business, providing a seamless experience from initial customer contact to post-handover support. The solution enabled greater operational efficiency and deeper customer intelligence. Getronics successfully trained 450 users across seven countries and migrated over two million customer records, leading to a new five-year IT outsourcing agreement to further streamline Portakabin's infrastructure and services.
