Getronics was brought in to manage the company’s infrastructure, website hosting, and service desk, while helping RAC1 modernize its IT to stay competitive.
Getronics implemented a managed cloud solution including IaaS, DRaaS, Microsoft Azure, website hosting, and Microsoft Enterprise Licensing under a renewed five-year contract. The move to a consumption-based model improved flexibility and scalability, reduced service desk contacts and costs through automation, and helped deliver a 23% year-on-year increase in Net Promoter Score.
