Sanoma Media Finland faced the challenge of consolidating three offices into one multi-purpose building while reducing facility costs and creating a more collaborative “New World of Work” environment. They needed an external partner with experience in migration, change management, and end-user workspace planning, and chose Getronics for its consulting and program-management expertise.
Getronics implemented end-to-end project management through Sanoma’s “OurSpace” program, covering Facilities, Change & Communications, HR, and ICT, and helped deliver flexible workspaces, unified communications, and a multifunctional “Follow Me” printing setup. The result was a fully mobile workforce: every employee now has a laptop, collaboration has improved, and the new environment supports future change while delivering ongoing efficiency and cost savings.
