LandCafe.pl is an e‑commerce store selling artisanal coffee. Facing the need to boost sales, raise product awareness among newsletter subscribers and accelerate buying decisions, the company used GetResponse tools (forms, email marketing and automation) to engage a discerning audience that already cares about coffee quality.

They ran a six‑message educational email series based on the Learn > Like > Trust > Buy model—covering origin, product differences, grinding, labels, etc.—and used tags to track engagement and send a first‑purchase discount to non‑buyers. The campaign drove 54% of sales: 41.3% occurred during the campaign and a further 13.3% followed the coupon offer.
