How a fashion brand increased the average order value and achieved faster conversion time thanks to the implemented product recommendations

Pako Lorente, a growing men’s fashion brand with 60 stores across Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia plus an online shop, wanted to raise brand awareness, increase average order value, and speed up conversions. Working with GetResponse, the company looked for a way to help shoppers discover more of its expanded product range and complementary items, instead of buying only the products they initially searched for.

GetResponse implemented AI product recommendations in GetResponse MAX across product pages, cart, category pages, and blog articles. In just 28 days, the recommendations generated 456,461 views and added products worth 205,984.79 PLN to carts. The strongest performance came from post-add-to-cart recommendations, with a 14.29% conversion rate, while category-page bestseller recommendations reached 9.66%. Overall, GetResponse helped Pako Lorente boost conversions, support up- and cross-selling, and improve the shopping experience.
