DAAG, a family-owned Polish brand crafting leather handbags and accessories, wanted to grow its customer base, improve retention, and increase sales through owned channels. Before switching, the company was using another marketing automation tool, and it needed a smoother way to manage email marketing and ecommerce data while keeping its communication personal and authentic. GetResponse, integrated with DAAG’s Shoper store, provided the platform for that transition.
GetResponse helped DAAG launch automated welcome, abandoned cart, and other ecommerce flows, plus targeted newsletter campaigns that blended storytelling with conversion. The results were strong: about $139K in newsletter revenue over 11 months, $29.5K from a welcome flow, $25.2K recovered from abandoned cart automation, and $19.2K generated in two days from a single email. DAAG also achieved over 99% deliverability and a 25.9% average open rate, with welcome emails reaching up to 50% opens.
