TechSoup Polska Foundation helps nonprofits, libraries and museums access software, hardware and training to work more effectively. Faced with the challenge of informing a diverse network about products, remote-work tools and support options, the organization needed a scalable way to educate partners and drive uptake of its offers.

They implemented a structured, consistent and segmented email program—supported by webinars and trainings—that tailors content by organization type and location. The approach paid off: TechSoup reached 8,666 associated organizations, sent 11 targeted emails in March–April 2020 that promoted 20 recommended remote-work solutions and 3 trainings, and achieved a 1,200% year‑over‑year increase in order value generated from newsletters.
