PayMix Pro, a Finance Incorporated Limited brand serving fintech and e-money customers, needed a faster, more reliable way to onboard corporate clients while meeting strict KYC/AML requirements across highly regulated jurisdictions. Their previous process relied on notarized paper documents and manual checks, which slowed account opening and became even more cumbersome during COVID-19. They turned to GetID for identity verification, including document verification and liveness checks.

GetID implemented a cloud-based KYC flow with web SDK integration, document authenticity and validity checks, face match, liveness testing, and report download capabilities. The integration and testing took about two weeks, and the new process enabled corporate customer onboarding to be completed online within 24 hours. As a result, PayMix Pro reduced manual workload, saved staff time, and gave customers a smoother, faster registration experience while staying compliant.
