Head Start California, the premier advocacy organization for Head Start agencies throughout California, needed a faster, safer way to manage enrollment and other document-heavy workflows as the COVID-19 pandemic forced many programs remote. Before GetAccept, staff relied on paper contracts, in-person meetings, and manual data entry, which was time-consuming and error-prone for programs serving low-income families.
GetAccept implemented a digital document management and e-signing solution tailored for Head Start California members, supporting enrollment packets, medical forms, hiring documents, and more. The results were significant: GetAccept onboarded about 250 Head Start staff members and helped reduce enrollment signing time by 45–90%, cutting some processes from 40 minutes to just 4 minutes while also easing administrative workload and improving service for families.
