Rockwell Automation, a global provider of industrial automation products and solutions, needed to grow market share for its Midrange Architecture System by moving beyond email nurture programs to attract and convert a broader set of buyers. The marketing team lacked an integrated approach that connected display advertising and the website to drive awareness and demand across multiple customer segments.

By combining Bizo display advertising with Get Smart Content, Rockwell targeted three segments (migration, upsell, acquisition), served personalized ads to anonymous and known visitors, and delivered relevant content on the homepage and product pages. The campaign drove 23x more traffic to Midrange product pages and lifted conversions from 5% to 28% for visitors who saw relevant experiences, with overall results including a 360% increase in form submissions, 41% more time on site, 22% more pages per visit and a 28% drop in bounce rate (segment conversion rates: migration 23%, upsell 18%, acquisition 43%).
