Blackbaud, a leading nonprofit CRM and fundraising software provider serving more than 25,000 customers in over 60 countries, needed to improve sitewide KPIs—particularly conversions on customer training CTAs—and better connect visitors with the products and training most relevant to their needs.

By implementing Get Smart Content to personalize pages based on geolocation, keywords, referring links, previous onsite behavior and Eloqua contact data, Blackbaud segmented visitors and served targeted training offers. The personalization produced significant lift: 64% more pages per visit, an 81% increase in average visit duration, a 31% decrease in bounce rate and a 278% higher conversion rate on product training goals.
