Thomson Reuters, a global leader in information for legal, tax, accounting and financial professionals, needed a way to scale automated document generation and decision‑support across flagship products like CheckPoint, AccuDraft and SoftDocs to streamline workflows and reduce manual drafting. CARET supported this effort by leveraging HotDocs technology behind the scenes to deliver dynamic, interview‑style and template‑driven document solutions.
CARET implemented a HotDocs‑powered suite that creates interactive Q&A tools for CheckPoint’s Interactive Decision Tools, automates pension document creation via AccuDraft’s DocsEngine (including user content upload), and drives SoftDocs’ precedent templates and document management in Australia. The result: tools used by the large majority of AM Law and Fortune 100 firms, faster and more consistent document production, freed-up staff time for customer service and planning, and improved efficiency across jurisdictions.
