To address these issues they engaged CARET and implemented Results CRM In-the-Cloud to provide a single, accessible repository and improved account management tools.
CARET’s Results CRM In-the-Cloud removed the need for an in-house server and reduced hardware and maintenance costs while giving multiple employees real-time access to centralized documents. CARET also configured Activities to alert sales of impending account expirations, enabling on-time renewals, improved sales management, and overall reduced IT overhead and document-related delays.
