The Pentecostal Church of God (PCG), a global denomination with more than 620,000 members, 37 district offices and 1,200 U.S. churches, faced siloed information, heavy paper dependency and duplicate financial and people records. In 2011 PCG charged David Walker with centralizing data and workflows, and selected CARET to deliver a customized Results CRM solution that would combine accounting and people data and provide role-based access across the organization.

CARET implemented a phased, deeply customized Results CRM—disassembling and rebuilding legacy fields, integrating tightly with QuickBooks, and adding modules for automatic donation allocation, online event registration, payment management and a find-a-church portal. The CARET solution automated thousands of daily data entries, eliminated roughly 90% of paper dependency, streamlined reporting and workflows, and positioned PCG for growth and improved member engagement.
