The Ohio State Bar Association, representing nearly 65% of Ohio attorneys and serving roughly 31,000 members, needed to cut down on manual form entry and reduce user errors when delivering a new technology product. CARET implemented a HotDocs-powered solution called OhioDocs to provide automated document generation and streamline member workflows.

CARET’s OhioDocs created a library of automated templates across family law, probate, real estate, general practice and business forms, making custom legal documents fast and consistent for all members. The CARET solution increased productivity, lowered costs, minimized errors and improved document consistency for the Ohio State Bar Association’s 31,000 users.
