Farm Credit Services of Mandan, a member-owned cooperative serving 20 counties in Southwest North Dakota, faced challenges in tracking and allocating time on projects, generating timely invoices, organizing technician-specific documents and communications, and enforcing service turnaround and follow-up. To address these needs they implemented CARET’s Results (ResultsCRM) solution.
CARET configured Results to centralize customer records, manage resources and project time, and automate billing via the Mass Invoicing feature; the Activities Data Management Center (DMC) gives real-time visibility into technician workloads, deadlines and outstanding tasks. As a result, Farm Credit can turn billable activities into invoices within minutes, quickly identify backlogs or missed turnaround times, reassign work as needed, and improve billing speed and operational transparency.
