A GES Case Study
The Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA) faced significant operational challenges for its 2026 convention, including a tight move-in schedule and the complex logistics of managing daily fresh produce deliveries. With high dock traffic and over 440,000 lbs of freight, CPMA needed a partner to ensure seamless execution while facilitating industry connections and maintaining a high-quality show floor aesthetic. GES was engaged to provide its event services to meet these demands.
GES implemented a strategic plan with dedicated operations managers and specialized freight teams to separately handle fresh produce and standard materials. The vendor used its AMP modular solutions and a cohesive creative package to build over 50 custom structures efficiently. The result was a smooth and energized event that exceeded objectives, with exhibitors reporting positive engagement. GES also helped facilitate the donation of 42,300 lbs of produce to the Daily Bread Food Bank, extending the event's community impact.
