Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) engaged GEP to deliver an end-to-end source-to-pay (S2P) solution—strategy, services and technology—to modernize its procurement and supply chain. The work delivered rapid, measurable impact: a 290% increase in savings, 400% growth in supplier coverage, 100+ users and 200+ suppliers on SMART, plus project-level gains (5%+ savings on consulting and ~15–20% on digital transformation suppliers), and a more trusted, proactive procurement function.
