A Fortune 500 energy company with more than $36 billion in annual revenue and about 12 million customers faced fragmented source-to-contract processes across 20 systems (including four ERPs) that hindered spend visibility, supplier vetting and regulatory compliance. The company sought a single procurement platform to consolidate processes, improve supplier selection and governance, and speed up reporting.

The company deployed GEP SMART’s cloud-native source-to-contract suite in under three months and integrated it with existing ERPs and databases.
