Geotab and Holman implemented a data-driven safety program that included scorecards, real-time alerts, a discipline matrix, and dashcam integration to support proactive coaching and accountability. The results were strong: White Cap reduced seatbelt and speeding violations by 97%, cut aggressive driving by 62%, and now regularly achieves a 96–97% safety rating on its scorecards, showing a clear improvement in fleet culture and compliance.
