Jetco elevates its customer service and takes reporting to new heights

Jetco Delivery, a Houston-based heavy-haul carrier with 600 assets (including 130 Class 8 trucks), wanted to elevate customer service and gain deeper visibility and reporting across operations while eliminating ELD blackouts and improving safety. Partnering with Geotab and USA Fleet Solutions, Jetco deployed an open telematics platform and a customer-facing database with fast, minimal-downtime installations and seamless integrations (Drivewyze, Lytx, etc.). The solution delivered accurate delivery ETAs, live tracking and advanced reporting, resulting in reduced speeding, fewer HOS violations and collisions, lower operational costs, and improved fuel use and overall fleet safety.
