Bara Posten AB is a Stockholm-based express courier operating a 60-vehicle fleet (41 BEV, 6 PHEV, 13 ICE) with a goal to transition to 100% electric. During the mixed-fleet period the operations team lacked full telematics support for both EVs and ICE vehicles, making it difficult to compare driver performance, monitor real-time state-of-charge (SOC) for dispatching, and automate driver behavior statistics—resulting in extra administration, potential errors, and routing inefficiencies.

Geotab fitted every vehicle with GO9 devices and consolidated data in the MyGeotab platform, providing live SOC on maps, kWh/100km vs L/100km efficiency comparisons, EV Charge Assurance dashboards, and automated driver safety reporting. This enabled a unified eco-driver program, better targeted safety coaching, improved charging control and cost savings, more efficient EV routing without range risk, and significantly reduced admin time—accelerating Bara Posten’s transition to fully electric operations.
