Margarita Cleaning Service Ltd is a St Mary’s Bay, Auckland cleaning business that grew quickly from domestic referrals into a team servicing homes and commercial clients. As bookings and staff increased, the owners struggled with fragmented manual admin — paper notes, separate spreadsheets, Google Calendar and MYOB — which caused delayed invoicing, cash flow stress and wasted coordination time.
They implemented Geo’s job management software integrated with Xero, giving staff mobile access to job sheets, onsite notes and automated billing via an iPad. This centralized workflow cut administrative work by about 25 hours per week, sped up invoicing and improved customer responsiveness and cash flow.
