Fiedler Brothers Plumbing, a commercial and domestic plumbing business in Kingaroy, Queensland, was stuck with a paper‑based dispatch and invoicing system that became unmanageable after a change of ownership. With help from Telstra and TradiePad, Fiedler Brothers deployed five tablets with Telstra SIMs running GeoOp integrated with Xero, enabling digital job management, photo attachments and automated invoicing. The switch cut invoice turnaround from two weeks to two hours, reclaimed significant billable hours, improved cash flow and customer service, freed the bookkeeper for higher‑value work, and gave the owner more time offsite.
