North Texas Emergency Communications Center supports 250,000 residents with GeoComm

The North Texas Emergency Communications Center (NTECC) faced the challenge of improving the quality and accuracy of its public safety GIS data and resolving synchronization issues between its 9-1-1 database and GIS map data. To overcome this, the agency became a customer of GeoComm and implemented its GeoComm Maintainer and GeoComm GIS Data Hub solutions.
