Sqrups!, a Spanish retail chain founded by Iñaki Espinosa, operated more than 50 stores and was growing at about 10% per month when it faced three key challenges: processing a high volume of franchisee requests with a recruitment process that inspires confidence, finding optimal store locations quickly (each site study previously required 5–10 options and 2–5 days), and optimising its existing network with targeted online/offline marketing.
