Dive Club, a design-focused podcast hosted by Michael Riddering, sought to better understand its audience's preferences and motivations to enhance listener engagement and growth. To gain these deep insights efficiently, the podcast partnered with Genway AI to conduct a qualitative user research project using the vendor's AI Agent.
Using Genway AI's platform, Dive Club rapidly conducted interviews with over 50 listeners across more than 23 countries. The insights revealed a desire for more digestible content, leading directly to the launch of a new "mini" episode format. This solution, guided by Genway AI's research, resulted in over 25,000 listens for the first three releases and a significant increase in positive feedback, making the mini-episodes a core part of their strategy.
