Bank CIC (Switzerland), a bank catering to entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals, sought to democratize access to private market investments for a broader client base beyond ultra-high-net-worth individuals. GenTwo's solution was to wrap complex private market investments into bankable securities, specifically notes with an ISIN. This streamlined the investment process, eliminating extensive paperwork and high minimum entry tickets for end clients. Following a successful pilot project providing access to a SpaceX fund, Bank CIC structured over 100 million Swiss francs in notes. The results included providing easier access for investors, creating a larger client base for private funds, and paving the way for the bank's ambitious future plans in the private market space.
