The customer, Turner Construction New York, faced the challenge of relocating its headquarters and creating a new workplace that would meet ambitious goals for inclusion, sustainability, and wellness. They partnered with the vendor Gensler to lead the design process for their new offices on two floors of The Spiral.

Gensler designed a flexible and inclusive workspace featuring a central Work Café, multifunctional areas, and an abundance of natural light. The solution incorporated biophilic design elements, wellness rooms, and a variety of collaborative spaces. As a result, Turner’s new headquarters from Gensler provides an environment where all employees and visitors feel included, respected, and safe, while supporting dynamic work styles and optimal productivity.
