They partnered with the vendor Gensler to develop a dynamic urban core that would foster connection and enhance livability.

Gensler's solution was to design Rams Village, a 52-acre sports-anchored entertainment district. The project is centered around a 350,000-square-foot training facility for the Los Angeles Rams and includes 500,000 square feet of office space, residential towers, performance venues, retail, a hotel, and over nine acres of public space. The impact is a redefined urban landscape that serves as a catalyst for economic growth and community engagement, creating a premier destination in the San Fernando Valley.
