Gensler designed a new headquarters campus in a Texas vernacular style, utilizing materials like raw steel and patinaed metal. The solution provided ample amenities for employees, including two outdoor green spaces and a central cafe. The workplace layout was designed to maximize access to daylight. The building was constructed to be 75% occupied with the remaining space specifically allocated for SRS Distribution's planned expansion.
