Ryan, LLC, a global tax services firm, needed a new world headquarters that would serve as a multi-tenant Class AA office beacon. They engaged the architecture and design firm Gensler to create this premium office building.

Gensler designed and delivered Ryan Tower, a 23-story, 400,000-square-foot tower featuring large floor plates with column-free workplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows. The solution included a variety of premium amenities such as a fitness center, conference rooms, and structured parking, positioning it for urban walkability. The result is a vertically expressive headquarters for Ryan, LLC that also serves as a multi-tenant Class AA office building in the vibrant Legacy West district of Plano, Texas.
