Reach Movement Studio launches first retail health location with Gensler

Reach Movement Studio, a physical therapy provider, sought to transform musculoskeletal care by making it more accessible and engaging. They partnered with the vendor Gensler for experience strategy and design to define the customer experience for their first retail health location.

Gensler implemented a design that maximizes the small retail footprint. The solution features visible 3D Motion Capture technology to assess users, prominent digital signage, and a highly efficient layout with foldaway therapy tables and spaces for group and private sessions. This design established a flexible language to support the future rollout of additional studio locations for the customer.
