The customer, Newmont, engaged the vendor Gensler to design their new Denver headquarters. The challenge was to create a flexible and dynamic workspace that would foster collaboration, connect teams, and support the company's global business strategies and evolving organizational needs.

Gensler implemented a design solution using a tonal color palette and natural materials that reference mine geology to elegantly establish an authentic sense of identity. The resulting space successfully brings Newmont’s values to life by encouraging the flow of ideas and active sharing among teams.
