Monumental Sports & Entertainment worked with Gensler to create a new premium guest experience for the Capital One Arena. Their challenge was to develop an exclusive lounge that would enhance the fan experience for Washington Capitals and Wizards games, as well as concerts and other events held at the venue.
Gensler designed the sleek, modern Signature Club & Lounge, which offers early entry and exclusive access. The nearly 5,000-square-foot solution features the arena's largest seated bar, high ceilings, top-of-the-line finishes, and food and beverage curated by the José Andrés Group. The Gensler design provides members with direct access to seats and continues to position the arena as a premier destination for both entertainment and an exceptional guest experience.
