The goal was to update the entire building to align with their workplace strategy and support an office-centric work culture, requiring a design that would foster a stronger sense of community among employees.

Gensler's solution involved creating a centralized hub to connect the building's two wings, guided by principles of increasing transparency, improving connectivity, and creating purposeful pathways. The centerpiece of this hub is a generously sized grand stair that encourages impromptu conversations and connects all three floors. This design by Gensler resulted in a dynamic vertical experience that promotes employee connection through work cafes, kitchens, and open collaboration spaces.
