A Gensler Case Study
Keppel South Central faced the challenge of differentiating its building in a dense urban setting where tenants increasingly expect workplaces to support well-being, flexibility, and hospitality-level experiences. The challenge was to create a restorative, calm environment within a compact space that would adapt to various social needs, ultimately aiming to increase tenant satisfaction and retention. Gensler was enlisted to address this through interior design.
Gensler's solution was the creation of the Flow Lounge, an urban oasis designed with organic forms, greenery, and multipurpose zones to support mental well-being and adapt to different tenant needs. This space, which also provides direct access to a wellness floor, sets a new benchmark for amenity design and positions Keppel South Central as a future-ready workplace. The impact was a elevated tenant experience that reframed the workplace as a living ecosystem, successfully meeting the client's goals.
