Gensler worked closely with Jefferson Bank to create a 12-story mid-rise building featuring corporate workspace, amenities, and mixed-use areas. The solution localized departments to encourage collaboration, ultimately providing a unified and modern workplace experience for the bank's employees. The new headquarters successfully brought the majority of the Jefferson Bank team together into a single, purpose-built environment.
