Hilton unveils 976-room Signia by Hilton Atlanta with Gensler

The customer, Hilton, faced the challenge of integrating a world-class hotel into the Georgia World Congress Center campus in Atlanta to accommodate millions of annual visitors and catalyze the revitalization of the surrounding neighborhood.

Gensler provided the solution by designing the new Signia by Hilton Atlanta, a 42-story hotel featuring innovative stacked amenities, over 100,000 square feet of meeting space, and eight food and beverage venues. The project is set to act as an economic catalyst, helping the campus generate an estimated $2 billion in economic growth and creating over 700 new jobs.
