Gensler's solution blended Hard Rock’s bold identity with Athens’ timeless culture, designing a central tower with a fluid form that harmonizes with the landscape. The development includes an outdoor theater, over 200,000 square meters of green space, and a variety of amenities. As a result, Gensler helped create the first integrated resort of its kind in continental Europe, which is positioned to drive economic growth, elevate tourism, and establish Athens as a premier global hub for hospitality and entertainment.
