EF Education First, a leader in international education, partnered with the architecture and design firm Gensler when it sought to expand its footprint in Denver. The challenge was to create a new headquarters that would celebrate the company's culture and philosophy of global immersion while authentically connecting to its new Colorado location. Gensler's interior design service was engaged to develop an inspired workplace solution.

Gensler designed a modern workplace that exudes the Colorado experience through a warm, earthy palette and biophilic-inspired elements. The solution featured open-plan workspaces, collaborative zones, and two key hospitality lounges connected by a grand stair made of cross-laminated timber. This design empowered individuals and teams with flexibility and choice, creating a bright, open, and connected environment that reflects the natural landscape.
