Deerfield creates 11-floor vertical sciences campus with Gensler

The customer, Deerfield, a company committed to advancing healthcare through investment and research, engaged the vendor Gensler to help realize a world-class facility. Their challenge was to create an empowering workplace and innovation campus that would provide scientists with high-quality infrastructure and collaboration spaces alongside Deerfield’s new headquarters.

Gensler modernized 345 Park Avenue South into a vertical sciences campus named CURE. The solution included creating 11 floors of lab-ready spaces for life science and tech companies, complete with state-of-the-art technology and amenities. The result is a new model for how companies can innovate together in a reimagined building, located in New York’s Silicon Alley.
