CP Group, the owner-operator of Atlanta's iconic Bank of America Plaza, faced the challenge of revitalizing the aging tower's lobby to improve the tenant experience and attract new occupants. Gensler implemented a sophisticated interior design solution that retained the building's Art Deco style while introducing contemporary finishes and hospitality-inspired amenities. The redesigned 24,000-square-foot lobby now features Italian marble floors, a 40-foot curved ceiling, and warm lighting to create an upscale, engaging entry experience.
