Access Gallery redesigns 1,500-square-foot studio and gallery with Gensler

Access Gallery, a nonprofit providing opportunities for individuals with disabilities, partnered with architecture and design firm Gensler to redesign its studio and gallery. The challenge was to transform their 1,500-square-foot space in the Denver Santa Fe Arts District into a more functional, flexible, and accessible environment for artists, teachers, and visitors.

Gensler's redesign gave the gallery a stronger street presence, creating a more inclusive, streamlined, and safe experience. The solution resulted in the gallery drawing in more customers, which in turn increased sale opportunities for the artists. The project successfully delivered a renewed and accessible space for the community.
